Meet Dr. Maung

Dr. Maung grew up in Burma and moved to the Bay Area to attend the University of California at Berkeley. After college, he earned his DDS degree at UCSF, and continued to pursue a 6 year training program in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at UCSF. He served as a chief resident during his residency. He is excited to call Fremont his new home and is looking forward to become an active member of the dental community here.

Dr. Maung puts his patients first. He is kind, compassionate and enthusiastic about providing high quality care. His clinical interests include IV sedation, implant placement (including guided cases), and orthognathic surgery. He is also available for emergency cases and is on call after hours.

Outside of work, Dr. Maung loves traveling and taking photographs.
